PRIVATE LESSONS

Remember, knowledge is FREE.  You are paying for your instructor's TIME.

All lesson payments must be made in advance of the pending lesson. 

All students are required to give at least 24 hours notice of a lesson cancellation.  If a student cancels the morning of the lesson, they will be charged for that lesson.  Lessons cancelled with 24 hours notice may be rescheduled or pushed back to the next week.

Each student is allowed ONE rescheduled lesson per month.  If a student has any other cancellations within that calendar month, even with 24 hours notice, they will be charged for that lesson.  Keep in mind that this policy is to ensure that the instructor is compensated for the time that they have set aside for you.  If your schedule changes or you find that your scheduled lesson time just won't work for you, let us know and we'll be happy to help find a lesson time that works for you!

Exceptions can be made in case of student illness or injury.  "I didn't get a chance to practice this week" is not a valid excuse!

GROUP CLASSES

If you decide to withdraw from the class prior to the third class, you will be refunded for the remainder of the classes on a prorated basis.  There will be no refunds after the third class.  Also, we do not offer make-up lessons for our group classes.  If you need to miss one, you will not be refunded for your missed class.
